Mitchell J. Grossman Mr. Grossman is a licensed real estate broker with over 30 years of combined experience in commercial real estate and office furniture. He is proficient at working with private companies, corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Mitchell’s expertise is his ability to assess the individual needs of clients and then find the perfect office space to meet these needs. He is also president of The Furnished Office, an office furniture dealership that can provide a complete, integrated solution to office location and furnishing requirements. Wolfert Mr. Wolfert is a licensed real estate agent with a background in corporate sales, marketing and customer service. He prides himself on providing expert and professional consultation and advice. Alfred Rosu Alfred Rosu worked as an analyst at JP Morgan & Co and later joined CB Commercial Real Estate (known as CBRE), the nation's largest commercial real estate firm, as an Associate Broker, where he earned CB Commercial's Regional Distinguished Award as the firm's top producing broker. In 1990 he founded The Alfred Group, Inc., a real estate brokerage, investment and finance firm. In 2004 he was mobilized in the military for 18 months and upon his return he has been associated with Corporate Real Estate Solutions Alfred continues to serve in the military as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserves. David Packer David Packer is a licensed real estate agent who spent over twenty years in the office furniture industry, having owned one of the city’s most successful manufacturers’ rep firms. Dave is also currently the business and operations manager for Linda Gaunt Communications, a top NYC based marketing, communications and public relations agency. Dave’s experience and capabilities in sales, space planning design, information technologies, customer service and business management make him uniquely qualified in finding his clients the right space and/or the right furnishings.
